We study the lithic technological organization and spatial patterns in a hunter-gatherers' context in the Pama/Combarbalá area in Northern Semiarid Chile. We focused on the functional dimension of lithic technology and space use within the site through an especially designed set of excavation and analytical methods. We further propose the deposit as a site where hunter-gatherers carried out multiple activities under a visible spatial arrangement, which suggests a short-span settlement occupation.
