Adolescent criminal responsibility and multiple offences

Abstract

This text addresses the Chilean statute of adolescent criminal liability in relation to the phenomenon of multiple offenses, namely, concurrence of offenses, joint imposition
of more than one penalty, concurrence of offenses related to different regimes, unification of sentences as an adolescent and unification of sentences from different regimes, taking into account its recent regulation by Law 21.527, as the first organic regulation on the matter.
