In recent years, several requirements have been submitted to the Constitutional Court related to international treaties. Three are particularly noteworthy, in whose respective judgments the Court has had to resolve complex matters and elucidate problems that have exposed the precarious regulation of our Fundamental Charter insofar as international treaties are concerned.
