The reforms to the rights guaranteed by the Constitution in the 21st century: the case of freedom of conscience

Abstract

The English sense of humor -conservative, in this case- tells the story of a reader who goes to a library and asks for an issue of the French Constitution, only to receive, for the only answer, a sober and phlegmatic excuse: "This Library does not is subscribed to periodicals".
