The concession of public works is, from its definition, a good example of public-private compliance oriented to a matter of public interest. Since that perspective, it seems to make a revision of some of the basic elements of this contractual public relation which are presents varied appeals. The public, oriented to have a work of collective benefit and the private, which pursues the development of an economic activity that reported profits to anyone who undertakes it. This will allow you to collate if this system of public-private partnership meets the constitutional rules in force in some aspects that we consider relevant.
